There are a lot of opinions when it comes to nutrition and a lot of specialists claiming to know what’s best for you. This is largely due to the industry not being regulated well and a lot of anecdotal evidence being shared out there by people saying “it worked for me so it works for everyone.” This part of the site will put some of the claims I find to the test and see if there is actual research behind different diets, meal timing, meal frequency, meal amount and so on.
